The Value of What You Can’t See
At Gorlini, we believe that the quality of a window or door depends not only on the final result, but also on how it is made. That’s why, over time, we’ve developed a production system that combines craftsmanship, process control, and a concrete focus on environmental impact.
In 2024, we completed the installation of a 59 kW photovoltaic system, which covers over 50% of our production facility’s energy needs, helping to significantly reduce CO₂ emissions.
At the same time, we converted the lighting in our offices and production areas to LED technology, improving energy efficiency and the quality of our work environments.
Our choice of materials and treatments follows the same principle: we use water-based paints to reduce the impact of finishing processes and implement systems for recovering manufacturing waste. Sawdust is reused through dedicated processing lines, while iron and aluminum are separated and sent for recycling.
It is from these choices—often invisible—that the true value of what we create is born.
